The Cipher Brief’s Kyiv Economic and Security Forum is a two-day conference full of

conversations in Ukraine focused on rebuilding Ukraine and the people, institutions and technology that will be critical to future security in the region.

 

Just as Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky said, “I need ammunition, not a ride,” Ukraine now needs the focused and sustained support of international institutions as well as private sector perspectives on the dual-use technologies that will help lay the groundwork for future stability and security in the region.
