Pricing for conference passes is available upon acceptance of application.  If approved, you are under no obligation to purchase a conference pass.  Once conference passes have been purchased, they are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant upon approval of The Cipher Brief’s security team on a case by case basis.

Approved attendees will be asked to sign a security waiver demonstrating that they realize there is risk associated with traveling to Ukraine and that Ukraine is a country currently at war.  While The Cipher Brief is taking steps to mitigate some security risk for attendees, The Cipher Brief is not responsible for your safety while traveling or while attending the conference or events related to the conference.

The Cipher Brief will work with approved attendees to help facilitate a smooth itinerary while traveling to and from Ukraine.  We will provide all attendees with our recommended options for crossing the border and can provide additional assistance on a case by case basis.

The Cipher Brief welcomes organizations that are focused on securing and rebuilding Ukraine to participate as conference sponsors.  Sponsorships are customizable (pricing based on preferences) and can include:

• Opportunity to provide corporate written materials or branded items to attendees at the time of event registration

• Speaking opportunities aligned with the background of the speaker and the subject matter 

• Opportunity for branding/advertisement in the conference report to be published in June 2024

• Opportunity to participate in a podcast conversation on ‘The Fight’ Podcast, focused on Life and War in Ukraine (previous guests have included Minister of Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin, General David Petraeus (Ret.), Member of Parliament Solomiia Bobrovska, former senior CIA Officer Paul Kolbe, Lt. • Higher-tiered sponsors may be invited to participate in a series of private meetings one day prior to the conference. Availability is extremely limited.

The Cipher Brief has secured lodging at a preferred hotel and will work with approved attendees to make reservations at this location.  The cost of lodging is not included in the conference pass.

The Cipher Brief, in partnership with the team at Concentric Security will make assessments of the security situation on the ground in Kyiv in the months, weeks and days prior to the conference and we will provide approved attendees with those assessments at no charge.  If The Cipher Brief team deems that the situation on the ground is too dangerous to proceed with the conference, we will move the event to a virtual forum. The Cipher Brief will not be responsible for reimbursing attendees for any portion of their ticket or travel.
